Cloud Security Incident Response Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in cloud security, with a focus on AWS and Azure solutions and services. As a seasoned problem solver, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing incident response engagements involving AWS and/or Azure data.

  • Responsibilities include improving cloud cyber control hygiene and supporting the CDO's incident response process.
  • Best practices for monitoring, incident response, and managing cyber control hygiene in the cloud must be identified.
  • Document detection, prevention, and isolation strategies for suspicious activity in the cloud.
  • Assist with incident response and remediation activities related to cloud workloads.
  • Review security controls in affected cloud environments to identify gaps and contribute to post-incident reports.
Requirements
  • A strong background in cybersecurity, particularly incident response and cloud security is essential.
  • Proven incident response experience and expertise in AWS and/or Azure cloud security controls are required.
  • A bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred.
