We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Design Leader to join our team at ClearCompany. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end UX & UI design within our agile product development lifecycle.
About the Role:
- Lead user research and engage with customers and front-line staff to identify pain points.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps to drive design decisions.
- Maintain design systems and quality standards across all digital touchpoints.
- Present designs to stakeholders and advocate for customer-centric design.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in a human-centered design role with at least 1 year in eCommerce design.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, design thinking, and HCD methodologies.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, Google Analytics, and other design tools.
- Ability to communicate design principles and decisions to stakeholders.
