Your role with us:

As a Digital Designer, you'll be at the forefront of creating captivating visual content for games, websites, and marketing assets. You'll be involved in creative conceptualisation and manage the end-to-end rollout of website visual content and assist with product-related projects. Attention to detail, strong time management skills and being a visual leader will be essential to succeed in this role.

What you will do:

  1. Develop and execute graphics, motion graphics, game thumbnail, animations, and video editing
  2. Perform sound selection and sound mixing for video content
  3. Contribute to digital marketing campaigns with compelling visual content
  4. Participate in creative conceptualisation and development processes
  5. Research, define, recommend and implement digital-specific strategies and content regarding art and design for the company and its product
  6. Conduct research and synthesise complex information into actionable summaries
  7. Assist the Design Manager in maintaining and leading strategic creative thinking
  8. Enforce strong style guides, including typeface, imagery, logo, and colour usage
  9. Ensure brand visual identity consistency and quality across all touch points
  10. Interpret briefs and adhere to delivery timelines to create best-in-class visual assets
  11. Inspire the design team with strong creative concepts
  12. Collaborate seamlessly across departments, managing expectations at all organisational levels

What you will bring:

  1. 3+ years experience in digital graphics and content creation in a studio/agency environment
  2. Proficiency in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
  3. Strong design skills for screen, online, multi-screen and large-format content
  4. Skills across art direction, typography, and layout Design
  5. Proficiency in HTML and CSS is a plus
  6. Highly skilled in conceptualising designs with a keen awareness of current trends
  7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
