About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Contracts Administrator, where you will be instrumental in delivering high-value projects.
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts to ensure full compliance with legal standards, company policies, and project-specific requirements.
- Assist in the end-to-end tendering process, including preparing tender packages, reviewing and evaluating subcontractor quotations, and providing recommendations to the Project Manager.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, correspondence, and financial records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities- Act as a key liaison between clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate clear communication and efficient contract execution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor contract performance, proactively manage variations and claims, and track project costs to support project financial health and timely delivery.
- Assist with financial administration by preparing budgets, forecasting cash flow, generating reports, and tracking costs, while supporting the project team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Requirements:
Requirements- You will be a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator with strong experience managing large-scale, industrial/commercial construction contracts and a proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
