About the Role

As a Sales Assistant at glamaCo, you will be the customer's advocate, providing personalized recommendations and product support to ensure they return and send their friends asking for you. You will work together as a team to maintain and merchandise in-store inventory across a wide variety of products and promotions, while ensuring inventory accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and merchandise in-store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and rotating products
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience
  • Process transactions and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
