The Logistics Care Specialist role is a proactive position that focuses on resolving customer complaints related to logistics, providing visibility on customer backorders, and timely managing customer returns throughout the Order To Payment journey.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively resolve customer care notifications and feedback related to logistics for an exceptional customer experience.">
  • Process Returns and work closely with the Warehouse team to complete activities efficiently.">
  • Utilize systems to record actions taken and identify characteristics of orders that may fail.">
  • Communicate effectively on back-order management.">
  • Provide support to Account Managers on logistics-related inquiries.">
  • Develop strong partnerships with materials management, transportation, and warehouse teams.">
  • Build trust with field sales to enhance Account Manager productivity and reduce inbound calls from the field.">
  • Handle emails promptly and professionally.">
  • Assist in training new team members.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.">
  • Solid knowledge of SAP systems is advantageous but not mandatory.">
  • Familiarity with logistics processes.">
  • Strong understanding of related business processes (i.e., Product Portfolio Management).">
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.">
  • Good communication, organization, and analytical skills.">
  • Detailed-oriented and able to handle multiple responsibilities and make informed decisions.">
