The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy pharmacy environment, be able to multitask across all areas of the pharmacy, and possess excellent customer service skills and product knowledge.

As a stock controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of pharmacy stock, including receiving, storing, and dispensing medications and other products. You will work closely with our team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure seamless store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements and perform regular stock counts
  • Monitor and report on stock levels, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer engagement
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure timely delivery of products

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a pharmacy or retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
  • Proficient in using technology, including inventory management systems
