We're seeking a Sales Assistant to join our Liquorland team, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you'll be the go-to person for customer queries, using your knowledge of local and imported brands to provide expert advice and recommendations.

With a passion for the liquor industry, you'll be able to engage with customers, build relationships, and drive sales. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for customers.

About You

  • You'll have a commitment to providing great customer experiences, working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
  • You'll be knowledgeable about local and imported brands, with a passion for the liquor industry.
  • You'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • You'll be able to lift moderate to heavy loads (up to 17kg) and stand for long periods of time.
  • You'll hold a current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification.

Please note that an accredited RSA certificate is a legal requirement for employment selling liquor in Australia.
