About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Coles Liquorland. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering their queries, and offering product recommendations.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to promote products and create an attractive shopping environment.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, receiving, and rotation to ensure that products are available for customers.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales, and store operations.

About You

  • You have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to providing a positive shopping experience.
  • You are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • You are able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You are available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • You have a current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification.
