The Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Systems Operations Specialist to join our team based in Hendra. This full-time position will be responsible for developing and maintaining cost-effective maintenance strategies aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Mainpac asset data integrity according to Qube Master Data Standards, escalating adjustments made outside authority limits when necessary;
  • Develop system-generated maintenance strategies for assets in accordance with site needs, incorporating templates, surveys, and tasks used by technicians to record maintenance activities;
  • Report on maintenance compliance and drive continuous improvement through site engagement;
  • Create new assets in Mainpac, aligning with equipment deployment schedules, ensuring manuals and specifications are loaded for site access;
  • Action asset transfers in Mainpac and synchronize tactics with new site maintenance activities;
  • Dispose of assets within the Mainpac system upon approval;
  • Support and develop new site team members in Mainpac operation;
  • Mainpac reporting as required by Qube leadership, including cost, hours, and other specific KPIs;
  • Lifecycle costing – support data entry for LCC cost reviews;
  • System data entry or administration as needed to support site requirements;

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum

Requirements: A minimum of 2 years experience in systems maintenance, administration, data entry, or similar roles; trade qualifications or certificate-level qualifications in related fields; good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse individuals; proficiency in Microsoft Office products; and ability to work effectively within a small team environment.
