This role is a key part of our Service Sales team, responsible for driving sustainability solutions with customers through equipment and process audits, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and developing standardized offers based on our 360 Service Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotations based on customer needs and our offerings, highlighting the value proposition.
  • Drive sustainability solutions with customers through equipment and process audits.
  • Identify and advise on cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Drive development and proper usage of sales tools and configurators.
  • Ensure completeness and correctness of Installed Base data quality.
  • Validate costing and develop standardized offers based on the 360 Service Portfolio.
  • Drive digital transformation in the sales Lead-to-Order process.
  • Provide technical advice on products and applications related to Separation products within our service portfolio.
  • Provide technical advice on sales-related claims and warranty.
  • Conduct joint customer visits with sales and channels/partners.
  • Lead training and development of local sales team members.
  • Collaborate with Business Units in the Central organization on all Separation products and associated applications.
  • Manage stakeholders inter- and intra-teams locally and within the Central organization.
Requirements
  • University degree or similar in either business or sales management.
  • Preferably several years of service sales experience with Alfa Laval Separation products.
  • Experience in negotiations and working in a cross-functional business environment.
