About This Opportunity

Fulton Hogan, a leading infrastructure company in Australia and New Zealand, is seeking a skilled Highway Maintenance Specialist to join their team.

This role will involve working with the Microsurfacing team based in Laverton, Victoria, where you will be responsible for mobile plant operations, HR/HC truck driving, road work maintenance, and providing support to team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on highway equipment and vehicles.
  • Operate heavy machinery, including mobile plants and trucks.
  • Work safely near live traffic and follow all necessary safety protocols.
  • Assist team members with laboring duties and provide general support.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in mobile plant operations and HR/HC truck driving.
  • Previous experience in asphalt or construction industries an advantage.
  • Hardworking attitude and strong commitment to safety.
  • Flexibility to work away from home across Australia.
