Lead Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems
">Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability and Compliance Professional to lead our Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in maintaining and improving our organization's HSE assurance and audit program.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to maintain and deliver the HSE assurance and audit program.
- Apply a continuous improvement approach to deliver the HSE assurance and audit program, aligned to strategies, legal requirements, and ISO 45001 and 14001 standards.
- Lead improvements to maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification across the organization.
- Undertake and lead internal EHS assurance and audit activities.
- Prepare and provide reports on the outputs of EHS assurance and audit activities to stakeholders, including senior leadership and customers.
- Manage and improve the organization's safety, health, and environmental management systems, including promoting and educating the systems.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrated experience in leading an assurance and audit program, including undertaking internal audits. You should also have experience in management systems, including structuring, using SharePoint, Nintex, and incident management systems.
A proven ability to lead incident investigations, write investigation reports, and present root causes and contributory factors is essential. Furthermore, you must be able to collaborate and build effective working relationships, possessing excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
