Regulatory Compliance Professional

The Compliance Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across Quality Assurance and environmental aspects while supporting the Compliance Manager in strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting internal audits and assisting with external audit preparation.
- Ensuring corrective actions are tracked, completed, and verified.
- Reviewing and updating compliance documentation, including SOPs and policies.
- Monitoring production processes to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Servicing training initiatives related to compliance and QA procedures.
- Assisting in the implementation and monitoring of environmental management systems (EMS).
- Supporting waste management and sustainability initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with environmental reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting environmental risk assessments and assisting in improvement projects.
To be successful you will bring with you:
- A minimum of 3 years previous experience in environment management, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
- A good understanding of environmental licenses and development authority conditions.
- A working understanding of current environmental legislation.
- Previous compliance auditing experience.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a degree qualified in Environmental Management or a related field. Wastewater management experience is also desirable.
