Job Opportunity: Digital Mapping Analyst

The role of a Digital Mapping Analyst is to contribute to the enhancement of digital maps used by millions worldwide.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing research and evaluation tasks in a web-based environment
  • Verifying and comparing data
  • Determining the relevance and accuracy of information

This is a part-time, long-term project that requires passing basic requirements and undergoing a standard assessment process.

Responsibilities also involve working with diverse task types, including maps, news, audio tasks, and relevance.

Additionally, applicants must be able to follow guidelines, conduct online research using search engines, online maps, and website information.

A reliable broadband internet connection, computer, and relevant software are necessary for this position.

Applicants will take an open book qualification exam to determine suitability for the position and complete ID verification.

The team provides guidelines and learning materials before the qualification exam.

Requirements

Full Professional Proficiency in English language is required. Residency in Australia for at least 2 consecutive years is also mandatory.

Applicants should have familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs in Australia.
