Job Title: Guest Experience Attendant

At our Family Entertainment Centre, we offer a vast array of classic and contemporary video, prize, and skill tester games that appeal to children, teenagers, and adults alike.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer service and perform duties associated with the operation of an entertainment complex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers through recommendations, upselling, and general inquiries.
  • General duties, including accurate cash handling and reporting.
  • Cleaning of games, floors, and maintaining store presentation and hygiene levels in all areas, including back of house.
  • Queue management, including floor patrol and crowd control.
  • Hosting of group bookings, Supersessions, and Parties.
  • Correcting minor games faults in accordance with training/competency level and reporting faults that require a technician.
  • Other duties as specified by your manager.

Requirements:

  • Excellent personal presentation.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional cash handling skills.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
