**Job Title**:Bar & Gaming Attendant
**Reports To**: Duty Manager / General Manager / Supervisor
**Location**: Hobart CBD
**Terms and Conditions of Employment**:As per the _Hospitality Industry (General) Award_

**Primary Role**:
To participate as part of a team providing services to patrons including:

- Managing TAB and Keno gaming systems.
- Managing electronic gaming machines.
- Monitoring guest behaviour and spending.
- Maintaining responsible gaming practices.
- Money handling and payment facilitation.

Position also includes food and beverage responsibilities, such as:

- Supplying, dispensing or mixing of liquor.

Undertaking general waiting duties of both food and/or beverage including cleaning of tables.

**Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications - Required**:
**Applicants must hold the following current certifications to be considered**:
Responsible Service of Alcohol(RSA),

Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG),

Tasmanian Special Employees Gaming License.

Applicants are also required to have the following skills:

- Good communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Adhere to venue policies and procedures.

**Knowledge/Skills & Experience - Desirable**:
Previous experience as a gaming attendant is desirable.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

Work Location: One location
