As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our top hammer tools to clients in the quarry, aggregate, and hard rock mining markets in New South Wales and Queensland. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong customer relationships and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of our top hammer tools and their applications to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
  • Implementing and executing sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and expand market share.
  • Researching competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions of sales agreements to close deals and secure long-term contracts.
  • Providing excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence through our CRM database.
  • Collaborating with other departments to align sales strategies with company goals and customer needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the mining, quarry, or aggregates sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while understanding your role and responsibilities to a global organization.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Familiarity with top hammer drilling tools, civil, quarry, and aggregate drilling equipment, and industry standards an added advantage.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and explain complex products.
  • Relevant certifications or training in sales or the mining industry is a plus.
