Senior Drilling Operations Specialist

The successful candidate will oversee the execution of drilling and completions programs, ensuring seamless coordination with contractors and service companies.

A strong background in onshore drilling is essential, along with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day wellsite operations, leading HSE initiatives, and executing projects efficiently.

Experience with IWCF or Well Control Certificate (Supervisory Level) is highly desirable.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a solid understanding of local regulatory frameworks.

The right individual will have a strong ability to lead field operations, maintain safety standards, and deliver results-driven performance.

Requirements

A minimum of 10+ years' experience in onshore drilling

3+ years as a Drilling Supervisor or Company Man

Strong knowledge of wellsite operations and rig-based activities

IWCF or Well Control Certificate (Supervisory Level)

Familiarity with local regulatory and environmental frameworks

Ability to lead field operations and maintain safety and performance standards
