As a Clinical Educator for Australian Regional and Remote Community Service (ARRCS) in Darwin, NT, you will play a vital role in supporting nurses and personal care workers to achieve their clinical and skill competency requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct training and support to nurses and personal care workers
- Conduct learning and competency assessments using validated frameworks and tools
- Deliver clinical care for teaching and support purposes at unit level
- Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes resilience, commitment, and professionalism in staff
- Bachelor of Nursing degree
- Current AHPRA registration
- At least 3 years of recent clinical or education experience relevant to aged and/or acute care
- NDIS Worker Screening
- Current Influenza Vaccination
- Current National Police Check
- Current Driver's License
- Demonstrated experience as a preceptor/mentor/coach
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
We offer a salary package of approximately $116,300 per annum, including relocation assistance and access to 70,000 training and development courses. Additionally, we provide generous salary packaging, telus employee wellbeing and emotional support.
