Job Opportunity:

We are seeking experienced Site Supervisors to join our team on upcoming projects in the Moreton Bay region.

As a successful candidate, you will lead production and ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality, cost, and compliance. You will also be responsible for effective programming of daily site works, coordination of employees and subcontractors, and provision of advice and support to project staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in subdivision projects or local government projects, including site and project management experience.

Civil construction experience in a supervisory capacity, with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to coach/mentor leading hands, plant operators, and labourers.

High level planning, budgeting, reporting, and analytical expertise, as well as an understanding of regulatory, governance, and community requirements.

Succesfully developed and delivered project management plans and systems, and have a commitment to developing and maintaining a culture of safety and health above all else.
