- Proven experience in commercial governance, finance, and risk management.
- Relevant qualifications, such as CA or CPA.
- Previous board experience, with a strong track record of contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Ability to bring a high level of ethics and integrity to the role.
The TIO is a not-for-profit organization, established in 1993 to provide a free and independent dispute resolution service for small business and residential consumers.
