About the Role

This exciting opportunity is designed for recent graduates who are eager to develop their skills and make a meaningful impact. As a Graduate, you'll have the chance to work on challenging projects, receive comprehensive training, and collaborate with experienced professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the relationship management of our large Corporate and Institutional customers, analysing and interpreting complex financial information to provide appropriate recommendations.

  • You will play a key role in structuring and executing transactions, including preparing credit submissions and employing financial modelling where required.
  • Actively participate in deal teams and support the deal process.
  • Develop an ongoing awareness and understanding of market risk, industry knowledge, and risk appetite.
  • Contribute to the development of programming solutions for problems the business faces, including involvement with trading tools and e-trading processes.
  • Provide technical, analytical, administrative, and direct client support.

Eligibility

To be eligible to apply, you must:

  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or hold Australian Permanent Residency at the time of applying.
  • Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the past three years (2024, 2025, or 2026) or be due to complete it by the start of the program.
