About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an In-Store Coffee Trainer. As a key member of our boutique team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, sharing your knowledge and expertise, and inspiring others to do the same.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, work with a dynamic team, and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate coffee training sessions for new starters and refreshers
  • Support coffee launches and engage your team in product knowledge and training
  • Lead and uphold standards for our tasting experience
  • Host and facilitate tasting activations for customers
  • Be the point of reference for coffee expertise within your boutique
  • Share your passion and expertise to create meaningful experiences for your customers
  • Introduce and educate customers on Nespresso products
  • Support the daily operations of the boutique
