Job Overview

The Delivery Manager plays a crucial role in leading initiatives through all phases of our Global Delivery Lifecycle. This position utilizes business agility and continuous delivery techniques to balance speed to market and high-quality outputs while providing exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with agile delivery teams, Product Owners & Stakeholders to plan and execute end-to-end delivery of assigned initiatives.
  • Facilitate the Global Delivery Lifecycle for assigned initiatives, including team formation, planning, and vendor management.
  • Manage risks and impediments, escalating issues to Scrum of Scrums and Group Scrum events.
  • Identify, communicate, and manage dependencies across multiple squads and groups.
  • Deliver outcomes across multiple agile delivery teams and participate in portfolio practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of Project Management experience (Agile or Traditional).
  • At least 3+ years of delivery experience in an Agile environment delivering complex initiatives with interdependencies.
  • Experience working with Agile at scale, Agile Coaching, and Scrum Master roles.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
