Clinical Skills Trainer and Simulation Specialist

The UNSW School of Clinical Medicine seeks an experienced Senior Clinical Skills Educator to join their team. This position will be based at one metropolitan Clinical Campus, however cross-campus collaboration is expected and there may be some travel required to other metro sites.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality clinical skills training and simulation activities within both High-and Low Fidelity learning environments.
- Develop and implement educational innovations as part of the clinical teaching staff in the School of Clinical Medicine.
- A qualification in a relevant health discipline and maintenance of currency in registration from the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of discipline-related professional development opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience in practical teaching and learning design, development, and delivery at undergraduate level.
- Experience using or designing with educational technologies and simulation delivery methods.
- Evidence of effective teaching practices and passion for delivering excellent educational outcomes.
- A full-time, permanent contract.
- A 35 hour week.
- Based at one metropolitan Clinical Campus.
