Fire Protection Project Manager Role

Due to a high volume of medium to large-scale high-rise and commercial projects, an experienced Fire Protection Designer and/or Project Manager is required to join our team based in the heart of Crows Nest.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with suppliers, builders, and sprinkler fitters
  • Procuring pipes and materials
  • Providing budget reports
  • Supervising all stages of installation from start to commissioning

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate must have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the fire protection contracting industry
  • Thorough knowledge of AS 2118.1 and relevant building codes
  • Experience in design and/or management of fire protection systems
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design software, such as HydraCad or similar CAD programs
  • Excellent design, planning, and scheduling abilities
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivation
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
