Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Leader to join our team in Australia. As Pacific Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for optimum maintenance strategy proposal and expert technical support for maintenance/engineering teams in the Pacific.

About the Role:
  • Manage on-site projects, including budget control, supplier selection and delivery deadlines.
  • Support Sales teams in defining customer needs, creating offers and presenting to clients.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise maintenance programs, including CMMS.
  • Develop maintenance cost management plans and budgets for Bulk and Onsite Installations.
  • Analyse changes to equipment and procedures to achieve safer and efficient performance.
  • Drive and follow up technical audits, both internal and external.
  • Collect, analyse and review maintenance process performance data, formulating strategies and process improvements.

This role requires a Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, 10+ years of experience in the gas industry, 10+ years of experience in cryogenics, technical expertise in HyCO technology and operations, onsite gas units, healthcare gas operations, good verbal and written communication skills, innovative thinking, ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects in parallel, can-do attitude with initiative to drive change.

How Much?

The estimated annual salary range for this position is around $120,000-$160,000 AUD, depending on your experience and qualifications.
