We are currently seeking a dedicated wine professional to take our guests' dining experiences to new heights in Sydney. Dining should be an unforgettable journey, and we pride ourselves on serving the finest cuisine and creating an atmosphere that exudes energy, excitement, and warmth.
The Ideal Candidate
- Develop a curated wine list showcasing over 200 exceptional wines.
- Contribute to employee development and training.
- Effectively manage wine inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock levels.
- Maintain meticulous stock control procedures.
- Report directly to the General Manager.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of our menu to provide expert suggestions.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and maintenance within the venue.
Requirements
- A passion for the wine industry.
- Extensive knowledge of wine, Australian and global.
- Exceptional adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced service environments.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- A strong drive to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Self-motivation.
- A commitment to presenting yourself professionally.
- WSET certification.
- Current New South Wales RSA certificate.
