We are seeking a Casual Sommelier who views wine as more than just a list - someone who brings stories to life, curates memorable moments, and helps guests feel at home with every pour.

  • Guide guests through our curated wine list with confidence and warmth—ensuring each pairing feels personal and unforgettable.
  • Collaborate with the Head Sommelier in developing the wine list, sourcing wines, and managing the cellar.
  • Promote wine culture within the team - offering informal training and encouraging curiosity without pretension.
  • Lead by example on the floor: present yourself as generous, joyful, and fully engaged.
Requirements
  • Hold a WSET Level 3 certification (or equivalent) and possess extensive knowledge of Mediterranean varietals and emerging producers.
  • Bring relevant experience as a sommelier or senior waiter with strong wine knowledge from premium venues.
  • Demonstrate a collaborative mindset, inclusivity, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Believe that great wine can elevate any occasion—from casual gatherings to celebratory events.
