Job Title: Education Support Officer

This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of student and staff data.

The successful candidate will build strong relationships with teachers, general employees, and the executive team. They must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with timetabling and reporting
  • Organizing parent/teacher interviews and course counselling appointments
  • Maintaining student attendance records and ensuring proper communication procedures are followed using the Compass student management system

You will also be involved in managing enrolments and subject selections, which requires attention to detail and organizational skills.
