Your Key Responsibilities:

Serving residents meals in dining hall services and trolley service to rooms, washing dishes, sandwich making, providing cups of tea or coffee to residents and their visitors.

Maintaining daily and periodic cleaning schedules for food preparation and food service areas.

Provide feedback regarding residents' likes and dislikes regarding menu planning and escalate any observations or concerns in residents conditions.

Promote and participate in quality activities, and provide outstanding customer service maintaining friendly, supportive and professional relationships with residents, their relatives and friends.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience and expertise working in food service; preferably in a health, hotel or aged care setting.
  • Casual opportunity working 7am - 7pm with availability to work at least 1-3 shifts a fortnight.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide a high standard of service.
  • Initiative and ability to work without supervision.
  • Ability to thrive in a team and appreciate one-to-one interactions.
Essential Requirements
  • A current Working With Children Check card / Vulnerable People card.
  • Current and ongoing flu vaccinations.
  • Australian working rights.
  • Ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS Clearance.
