We are seeking a skilled technical professional to join our team as a Technical Administrator. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in IBM MQ and WebSphere Application Server provisioning and configuration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provision and configure IBM MQ and WebSphere Application Server
  • Implement automated deployment and configuration using Jenkins and CHEF
  • Support middleware environments in enterprise-scale applications
  • Manage change, release, and incident management processes using ITIL framework
  • Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing and asset management

The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Experience working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is essential.
