About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team at Grand Pacific Health, supporting the headspace Liverpool service. This is a full-time, fixed-term position available until 30 June 2025, with potential for extension.

Job Overview
  • The successful candidate will work collaboratively with young people and their families to provide high-quality mental health services.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to support young people's recovery goals.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, integrated services.
Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Clinician, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Providing psycho-social interventions and working with peer workers to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Collaborating with other clinicians to ensure excellent program delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Current AHPRA registration as a clinical psychologist, registered psychologist, mental health nurse, occupational therapist, or accreditation as a Mental Health Social Worker with the AASW.
  2. Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in mental health, including experience working with young people experiencing complex mental health issues.
  3. Demonstrated ability to engage and communicate effectively with young people and their families.
