Support Workers Wanted

We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and empathetic professionals to join us in supporting individuals with disabilities.

The Role

As a Support Worker, you will support participants in their daily lives, including personal care, meal preparation, domestic tasks, social support, transportation, and personal development. You will build meaningful relationships with participants, understanding their needs, preferences, and goals to provide tailored support that empowers them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care, meal prep, and domestic tasks
  • Offer social support and transportation
  • Facilitate personal development and empowerment
What We're Looking For:
  • A passion for helping others and responding to their needs
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Caregiving skills with compassion, empathy, and resilience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Authorized to work in Australia
  • Valid Australian Driver License
  • Knowledge of NDIS, disability, and community services
  • Certificate III in Individual Support/Disability or studying towards it
  • Minimum 2 years industry experience
