We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Educator. As an Educator, you will be responsible for creating world-class customer service experiences in our retail stores.
You will engage and connect with guests, share top-quality product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional guest experiences, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Experience: Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a manner that values guests' time.
- Assess guests' needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions and support.
