The Opportunity

You will be part of our dynamic team at Tweed Aged Care Home, providing 1:1 companion support, engaging in activities and programs to promote social interaction and well-being, and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through training and education sessions.

About You

We seek candidates who share our commitment to quality care and customer service. Ideally, you will have experience in aged care or a related field, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be required to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and pushing/pulling, so you must be physically capable and comfortable with this aspect of the role.
