About the Role:- As a Receptionist, you will be based front of house and be the first point of contact for multiple departments.
- Receive & direct incoming phone calls and visitors in a polite and courteous manner.
- Maintain the confidentiality and correctly file correspondence and other documents.
- Update and maintain databases such as visitor & contractor inductions & in house systems.
- Ensure front of house and shared spaces are always neat, tidy and sufficiently stocked with supplies.
- Coordinate the maintenance of branch facilities.
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
- A positive, friendly attitude and the ability to take initiative in a goal-orientated and busy team.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident level of computer literacy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to build good relationships and help other team members in providing end to end administrative support.
- A keen initiative to be flexible in a fast-paced environment and strategically multi-task.
