As a Parts Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in building long-lasting relationships with our clients. We strive to create a positive experience with every vehicle sold, every automobile serviced, and every customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Utilize the parts catalog to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Answer phone calls, provide price quotes, and assist with other customer inquiries.
  • Review body shop estimates to verify the parts ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.
  • Deliver high-level service to both internal and external customers.
  • Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock.
  • Notify management of out-of-stock parts or materials that require immediate attention.
  • Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit emergency orders if necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and prior auto parts sales experience (preferred).
  • A willingness to grow in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
  • The ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents.
  • The ability to calculate figures/amounts including; discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, %, area, circumference, and volume.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
