We are seeking a skilled Food Manufacturing Equipment Operator to join our team at PepsiCo's Regency Park facility. As part of this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery equipment and maintaining a continuous flow of product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain heavy machinery equipment to ensure efficient production
  • Troubleshoot and monitor palletising automation and machinery to minimize downtime
  • Manage production lines, perform equipment calibration and monitoring tasks
  • Prepare and complete accurate records, including quality checks and maintenance logs
  • Clean and maintain a safe working environment in accordance with HACCP and GMP guidelines

About You

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working with automated machinery, palletising, and robot operation in a food manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate complex equipment safely and efficiently
  • Familiarity with HACCP and GMP principles, with a keen eye for detail and safety protocols
  • Flexible and energetic approach to ensuring job completion and adherence to quality standards
