Our Field Service Technicians, stationed at our Rowville VIC branch, are fully qualified professionals who benefit from industry-specific, product-specific, and nationally accredited training. They leverage their Mechanical, Electrical, or Electrotechnology expertise while fostering strong customer relationships daily. Adaptability and flexibility are key traits, as they respond to the demands of the job at hand.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Execute the installation of new equipment and assist fellow technicians or sales personnel as necessary.
  • Demonstrate responsiveness in diagnosing equipment issues and performing corrective maintenance during breakdowns.
  • Willingness to travel to various job sites based on workload and customer needs.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs following established guidelines and schedules.
  • Adhere to all aspects of Trade Measurement Legislation and quality assurance standards.
  • Maintain accurate timekeeping and records management using company mobile devices.
  • Assemble, test, and package products for sale, hire, or repair as needed in the workshop.
  • Participate in both onsite and off-site training as required.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor, ensuring personal presentation and cleanliness of workspaces and vehicles.
  • Operate vehicles safely, prioritizing employee safety to prevent major or lost time injuries.
  • Complete all reports thoroughly and accurately.


Candidate Profile:

  • National Measuring Institute (NMI) certification is highly desirable.
  • A trade certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electrotechnology is preferred.
  • Possession of a current unrestricted Australian driver's license and ability to drive a manual vehicle.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Willingness to undergo a Medical Assessment, including Drug & Alcohol testing, to assess physical suitability for the role.
