Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all service calls and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all service customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming service request calls, gather information, and prepare customer quotes for service works in consultation with Service managers.
You will also be responsible for ensuring work orders are completed, updated, and correlated with technician times, as well as processing completed purchase orders and invoicing job cards into systems when required.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high standard of customer service to all service customers
- Be the first point of contact for all Service calls
- Manage incoming service request calls and gather information
- Prepare customer quotes for service works in consultation with Service managers
- Ensure work orders are completed, updated and correlated with technician times
- Process completed purchase orders and invoice job cards into systems when required
- Strong customer service skills and a customer first focus
- Polite and professional phone manner
- Experience in an administrative support role
- Knowledge and experience in dealing with end users
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to establish effective business relationships
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft applications
- Experience in use of ServiceMax and SAP
- Highly organised and demonstrates a flexible and proactive approach
