Lead D365 Functional Consultant

As a seasoned Lead D365 Functional Consultant, you will spearhead full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, guiding clients through every stage from discovery to go-live. Your expertise in mapping business processes to native D365 functionality will ensure scalable best-practice design, while your ability to create and manage comprehensive implementation artefacts will result in seamless project execution.

  • Transform real-world business requirements into practical, system-aligned outcomes, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from their investment.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop effective project plans, milestones, and deliverables, driving timely and successful project completion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process.
  • Work closely with a globally resourced team to leverage their expertise and support, ensuring local teams are empowered to deliver high-quality results.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven success as a D365 Functional Consultant, with end-to-end ownership of ERP project delivery.
  • Expertise in Job Cost Accounting, especially within project-driven or field-based industries.
  • Practical experience across Project Management Accounting (PMA), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Field Service modules.
  • Commercial acumen, understanding business models and relating confidently to operating realities.
  • Outstanding communication skills, building trust with C-suite executives and collaborating effectively with front-line users.
