Workday Integration Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Expert to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday Studio and Workday CCTP certification, with 3-5 years of consulting experience on ERP implementation projects using SOA tools. You will also have demonstrated proficiency with web service technologies, such as REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc.

In this role, you will guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and the client's unique business requirements at all stages of the project.

You will perform multiple tasks under limited direction, regularly keeping the client, project team, and Engagement Manager informed of changes or progress.

Responsibilities
  • Reinforces company policies and procedures to others.
  • Drives, organizes, and assigns tasks within a project workstream to drive efficient completion and achieve project goals.
  • Guides the client through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and the client's unique business requirements at all stages of the project.
  • Regularly engages and supports the client through all phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday HCM solution.
  • Performs multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, project team, and Engagement Manager informed of changes or progress.
  • Takes a leadership position on a project, or as a Cognizant or Workday product Partner Lead and/or Delivery Assurance Reviewer.
  • Demonstrates hands-on expertise with the software, including loading client data, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuring business processes and security.
  • Utilizes technical aptitude to convert and map data sources into data conversion templates via iLoads.
  • Acts as a mentor to fellow consultants and analysts, including providing support for shadow assignments.
  • Participates in update training and internal opportunities to share skills and learnings with others within the organization.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Expertise in Workday Studio and Workday CCTP certification.
  • 3-5 years of consulting experience on ERP implementation projects using SOA tools.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc).
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate effectively with diverse people at various levels.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding Excel skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, growing ecosystem with minimal supervision.
