Job Title: Senior Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage clinic administration and coordinate with Government Contract Officer Technical Representative (COTR).
  • Apply professional nursing principles and techniques to patient care.
  • Provide exceptional patient care using clinical experience and compassion.
  • Make informed decisions in fast-paced environments for patient safety and optimal outcomes.
  • Understand healthcare protocols, patient assessment, and care planning.
  • Precept and mentor junior staff.
  • Develop rapport with patients and co-workers through interpersonal skills.
  • Perform routine medical care and triage patients as needed.
  • Maintain clean and organized clinic environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Additionally, they should possess the ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks accordingly.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current RN licensure and relevant certifications.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
