Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and support to residents
  • Maintaining accurate records using software
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications
  • 6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
