Senior Research Associate

Synergizing as a Research Associate, you will be responsible for conducting on-site and remote monitoring of clinical research studies to ensure compliance with widely accepted clinical practices. This is an opportunity to develop and implement tools, procedures, and processes that foster quality monitoring.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring clinical research studies to ensure adherence to GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Developing and implementing effective tools and processes for quality monitoring.
- Collaborating in the design, implementation, and delivery of processes, programs, and policies that drive success.
- Managing defined components of projects or processes within your area of expertise.
- Providing accurate and timely documentation of monitoring activities and findings.
For this role, we are looking for candidates who possess:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in clinical research monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
