About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dedicated Accounts Professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who excels in finance and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices from suppliers, including freight and foreign currency transactions
  • Reconcile and cleanse general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain accurate records of suppliers and customers
  • Prepare and process international payments
  • Complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure financial stability
  • Raise project and recharge invoices as required
  • Support the finance team with ad hoc accounting tasks and reporting
  • Assist with month-end and year-end processes to ensure smooth financial closure
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Familiarity with finance software and systems
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
