Position Summary: We are seeking a qualified Structural Engineer with comprehensive expertise in residential projects. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of single-family home design requirements, renovation designs, and the essential construction details.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design new homes, duplexes, and townhouses, along with renovations and extensions to existing properties.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the design of reinforced concrete slabs, steel, and timber framing.
  • Conduct site inspections and possess knowledge of stormwater design.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in structural design.
  • Familiarity with Microstan and Inducta software is preferred; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus but not mandatory.

Work Environment: We offer flexible work arrangements, including the possibility of remote work after a qualifying period. This is a permanent position with a salary commensurate with experience.
