Senior Structural Engineer Job Details

CGC is seeking an exceptional Senior Structural Engineer to join their team in Sydney.

The Role:

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of all design aspects of projects on time, on budget, and to standards. This includes design and project management of residential, education, industrial, and commercial projects, as well as undertaking regular interface and liaison with key clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and project management of residential, education, industrial, and commercial projects
  • Managing the delivery of all design aspects of projects on time, on budget, and to standards
  • Undertaking regular interface and liaison with key clients and stakeholders
  • Understanding of related safety in design practices and processes
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years consulting experience in NSW working on Australian design codes
  • Proficiency in a range of structural design software, including Spacegass, RAPT, RAM Concept, and ETABS
  • Steel and concrete experience is essential
  • A tertiary qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • The drive and passion to succeed
  • Strong communication skills and team mentoring ability
